Teaching Position Open

 

Drewsey SD #13 is located 45 miles east of Burns OR, off of Hwy 20. The school consists of 2 classrooms with Grades K – 8. The regular teaching hours are from 8 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Thursday. Classes are scheduled to begin August, 2024

 

Position needed: K-8 teacher

 

Duties: Teaching grades K – 8 in a single classroom. Must have good classroom management skills, communication skills, and willingness to work within a blended multi-grade level environment.

 

Requirements: Hold a current Oregon teaching license as issued by Oregon TSPC, experience preferred.

 

Hours/Days: This Will be determined by the Board of Directors and depend on the student population.

 

Compensation: Wages/Salary will depend on qualifications and available funding.
